  • How do I return a product?
    • You must contact us at to provide a detailed description of why you wish to return the package. From the Hills Sports reserves the right to reject a return or a request for a refund. If the return is accepted you must return the item to P.O. Box 5470, Deptford, NJ 08096. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refund requests at any time
    • The item must be undamaged, if it's a multi unit package the item must be unopened, clothing items must not be worn. Specialty items cannot be returned.
  • How do I get a refund?
    • You must first email and provide a detailed description about why you wish to return the item and receive a refund. From The Hills Sports, reserves the right to reject any request for a refunds or returns at any time.
  • What to do if I receive the wrong product?
    • If you receive the incorrect item you must contact and we will attempt to rectify the situation. If the item is available we will send you the correct product. If the product is not available we will offer an equal or less valueable product or issue a refund. From the Hills Sports will, solely, decide what the best course of action is to rectify the wrong product being ordered.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We offer limited shipping to international Countries. Please Contact if you have any inquiries.
  • How much is shipping to my country?
    • Shipping is free to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada with purchase over $50. However, there are other shipping options for customers outside of those countries. Shipping costs begin at 10.95 for shipping outside of the above named countries and increase based upon the distance the item needs to be shipped. Please contact if you have any questions.
  • What payment methods do you offer?
    • From the Hills Sports accepts payment from American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, JCB, Master Card, Visa, and Paypal
  • I provided a wrong address, how do I change it?
    • We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team by emailing us at FTHSPORTS@GMAIL.COM with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.
    • If your order has already shipped you should still be able to update your address on the USPS website. However, if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. You will be notified if this occurs.
  • When will my item ship?
    • Our items usually ship within 3-5 Business days (M-F, not including weekends or holidays) and are usually delivered within 10-15 Business Days. Once your item is received and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
  • My package says delivered but I didn’t get it
    • Please contact USPS or the shipping carrier as sometimes the information can be incorrect.
